Started this just before a 3 week summer roadtrip.I adapted a two jar system to minimize mess or fuss Have used every morning and feeling great. I’m alert but not buzzed. Feel good all day. I cut back to one rounded teaspoon because was struggling to settle down after a day on the road Olive jar holds about half the bag. Spoon into small jar, add 4 oz of water, shake, drink, add more water, shake, drink- yeah it taste green as heck but the orange helps a lot. Doing it as a shot instead of a drink and then having normal morning liquids including coffee Both jars fit easily in my luggage with no mess I’m pretty impressed by how my body is utilizing this.
