Love these lightsSturdy, works well, looks nice. One down fall is the thumb doesn't cure all the way while the hand is flat, but the box says it will.I bought this product for the first time 4 years ago and it was AMAZING, it lasted 4 years before the lamp started to die out. I recently bought a new one and it hasn’t even lasted 3 months and I am having the worst time trying to reach the manufacturer. I’m upset because I loved the first one.I bought this lamp April 12th. It is now the beginning of July and the light is flickering on and off in stead of staying on. I used it probably 3 times since I got it.7/5/18 Lumcrissy direct reached out to me, and said they will send me a new lamp within 2 days, and I can return the defective one. I am happy about this, because the few times I did use the lamp I really loved it. It is very efficient.7/10/18 Ricky delivered great customer care. Shipped me a new light promptly. The new light is working awesome. This is a great product.The first one I received did not work well. It took over 20 minutes per hand to dry. They were kind enough to exchange the product for a new one. I tested it out and it was significantly faster but still took a few minutes each coat. I would say that you have to have patience and a little tome aside to get a full set of hands and feet done.I really liked this product at first. I don't use it very often but love getting to do my nails at home. Bummed...it stopped working after 6 months. The light started flickering and then just stopped working.I looked at reviews for 45 minutes before purchasing this product. I’m so glad I did. It is worth the money in my opinion!It’s very Good, no more salon fees for me and my Family.!!!But I recommend to use the 60 seconds timer instead of the 30 seconds, 30 will not dry.!!!Oh and the free cuticle cutter it’s very bad, not sharp at All. It’s free but don’t send bad quality stuff even if it’s free. Other that that I love my lamp..!!!!
